ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. (KMOV.com) - Two teenage boys are in custody Thursday in connection with a missing gun originally brought to a North St. Louis school by a teacher.

Police said the teacher brought a gun to Central Middle School in the Riverview Gardens School District Wednesday. After school hours, the gun was reported missing.

The police took a 13-year-old boy and a 14-year-old boy into custody in connection to the gun’s disappearance.

Police said the gun has been recovered.

Moline Acres Police took the report before calling the St. Louis County Police Department since the county handles the SROs at the school.
