A vigil was held Tuesday night for a 17-year-old killed in a head on crash on March 12.

Darion Trust was killed in a crash on Highway 367. More than 100 people turned out for the vigil at Hazelwood West High School.

Trust was a passenger in a car involved in the accident in Moline Acres. A black car and silver car were involved.

The aftermath of the wreck was caught on cell phone video. It shows bystanders jumping into help. It also shows someone shattering a window when the silver car involved catches on fire.

The family of the man driving the black car say the driver of the silver car crossed the center line, causing the crash. Moline Acres police told News 4 that witness accounts support that version of events. However, police added the crash is still under investigation.

The driver of the black car told News 4 he does not have insurance. Police said neither driver has yet to supply insurance.

The funeral for Trust will be held on Friday in Kinloch.
