SOUTH ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) -- It’s been a staple in the St. Louis community for more than 200 years. Soulard Farmers Market has roots dating back to 1779 and is the oldest open air market west of the Mississippi River.
The shopping slows down in the winter, but the market is open year round Wednesday through Saturday.
