3rd suspect facing charges after man's body found in burned car

Dylan George Irizarry, 58, is facing multiple charges in the death of Darnell Robinson, 24.

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV.com) – A third person is facing charges after the body of a 24-year-old was found inside a burned car in September 2014.

Dylan George Irizarry, 58, is facing multiple charges in the death of Darnell Robinson, 24.

Robinson’s body was found inside a burned car at the intersection of Madison and North 20th Street on September 8. According to police, Robinson’s body had a gunshot wound to the head.

In October 2014, police released surveillance video which they said showed a woman setting fire to the car Robinson’s body was found in.

Irizarry is charged with first-degree murder, armed criminal action, knowingly burning or exploding, tampering with physical evidence in felony prosecution and abandonment of a corpse.

Dana Wallace and Bryant Evans are also facing charges for their alleged actions in the crime.
