Police are seeking a second suspect in relation to a homicide investigation of a body found in Overland, Mo. last Sunday.

The St. Charles County Police is currently searching for Irian Ochoa-Valdez, who police said should be considered armed and dangerous.

On Dec. 18, police said Ochoa-Valdez and another man, 20 year-old Eulices Jassiel Cervantes Salmeron, allegedly entered a home on Jamaica Drive in St. Charles County. Once inside, the suspects allegedly threatened a pair of residents with a handgun.

Then, police said, the suspects shot a third occupant inside the home.

Ochoa-Valdez and Salmeron are accused of taking the victim's body and putting the remains in the backyard of the residence in the 2300 block of Dawes Place in Overland.

A homicide investigation was launched by the Overland Police Department after the victim's remains were found. The case has since been turned over to the St. Charles County Police Department's Bureau of Criminal Investigation.

Ochoa-Valdez and Salmeron are both charged with Murder in the First Degree, Armed Criminal Action, and Burglary in the First Degree.

Salmeron is already in custody and currently being held on a $1 million bond.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Ochoa-Valdez should contact the St. Charles County Police Department at (636) 949-3000 ext. 1818, or call 911.
