They’ve only been here for a month and thieves have figured out how to steal from the popular bike sharing program—LimeBike.

The owner of Crown Candy, Andy Karandzieff told News 4 it was captured on his store’s surveillance video.

“They did something to the lock and next thing you know they jumped on the bike and rode off with it.”

Karandzieff says the teens used a brick to force the lock off of the bike.

The company says less than 1 percent of their bikes have been stolen.

Lime bike says it cost $1 to rent the bikes for thirty minutes.

Karandzieff says it’s unfortunate this had to happen in front of his employees and customers.
