ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) -- An elementary school employee in the Francis Howell School District is accused of using racial slurs towards students.
Students said it happened Wednesday at Harvest Ridge Elementary in St. Charles County.
The school sent out a letter saying the staff member has been put on leave amid an investigation, and that parents have been contacted.
The school also said they take all situations regarding the well-being of students seriously.
