ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) - The Arch went to the dogs Saturday morning for the annual Arch Bark festival.

Owners and their four-legged friends trotted around the national park for a one mile fun walk and other fun activities. 

News 4 Emily Pritchard was the emcee the event, hosted by the Gateway Arch Park Foundation and sponsored by Royal Canin, alongside her dog Albert. 

Attendees enjoyed live music, a pet photo shoot, an agility course and a dogs also got to get their paws wet and test out dock diving.

"The renovations are done and this park is pet friendly, its dog friendly bring out your dog bring out your family," said Samantha Fisher of Gateway Arch Park Foundation. "We want people to know that's why we're inviting all of St. Louis to come out bring their dogs go on a walk and experience all the renovations."
