ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) -- Two men are facing murder murder charges in s Friday shooting outside of St. Louis Fish & Chicken in north St. Louis.
Just before 2 p.m. on Friday, officers received a call about a man who was shot at the corner of Lillian and Goodfellow. They located the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was later identified as Charles Lagrone, 22, of Hazelwood.
On Thursday, police said Earl Payne, 21, and Teraz Bateman, 21, are facing murder and robbery charges. Payne was also charged with stealing a firearm.
