SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KMOV.com) -- A Sacramento State University fraternity has been ordered to stop all activity -- as the university investigates an allegation of hazing.

Video of a student strapped to a table surfaced, as other men watch and hold up cell phones.

This video anonymously sent to the Sacramento State student newspaper, The State Hornet, allegedly shows the hazing of a current member of the Delta Chi Fraternity.

The incident happened back in 2017.

Now, the video is prompting calls for change.
