ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) -- Blue lights were shining across the St. Louis area Thursday night to thank medical professionals on the front-lines of the coronavirus pandemic.

It was part of the 'Light it Blue' campaign that started in the United Kingdom last month.

Buildings across the United States coordinated their own campaign Thursday night.

Again, a big thank you to everyone on the front-lines.
