(KMOV.com) -- Fire crews are still keeping an eye on the smoldering rubble from a massive fire in central Missouri.
Around 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, an explosion ripped through the Missouri Better Bean Plant in Bunceton, Missouri, located about two and a half hours west of St. Louis.
Multiple fire departments responded to the fire in Cooper County.
Authorities evacuated a half mile radius around the plant. No injuries have been reported.
The cause of the explosion is under investigation.
