BRECKENRIDGE HILLS, Mo. ( – A man was shot and killed in Breckenridge Hills late Wednesday night and police are searching for the 19-year-old suspect.

A officer said around 8 p.m. he observed what he thought was a vehicle accident. Upon further investigation, he discovered the body of 22-year-old Rodney Mundy, with what appeared to be a fatal gunshot wound, inside the vehicle

Police are searching for 19-year-old Dion Martin, who is the registered owner of the vehicle ans is considered a prime person of interest.

Martin is believed to be in the area and possibly staying with friends and family, according to authorities.

He is considered armed and dangerous.

A woman is also believed to have been in the vehicle as well, police say she may have been the driver and is wanted for questioning. Police have not released her name at this time.

Around 11 p.m., officers with St. Louis County and Breckenridge Hills were on Chaucer after a car hit a utility pole after a man was shot.
