Park Place Housing & Economic Development (PPHED) along with its partners—St. Louis Equal Housing and Community Reinvestment Alliance (SLEHCRA), and the St. Louis Mental Health Board (MHB) have announced plans for a free Opportunity Fair which will educate potential home owners on opportunities for home ownership in Fountain Park and Lewis Place. The fair will take place at the Launch Code Mentor Center, 4811 Delmar Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63108 on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 6:00 – 8:00 pm. Attendees should come to this free event expecting to walk away understanding the financial gains to home ownership in Fountain Park and Lewis Place. A variety of service providers will be there to provide information on how to buy property, finance repairs, access development incentives, and Park Place HED’s efforts to enhance those offerings. Topics will cover grant funding, forgivable loans, low interest loans, and more. To learn more about this free Opportunity Fair contact Pamela McLucas at 314-319-4399.
