In a world where most connections are made through social media and on smart phones, Anheuser-Busch is challenging people to connect with those they love in real life this holiday season.

On Saturday, Dec. 7 at 6 p.m. CT, the Anheuser-Busch Biergarten and Tour Center in St. Louis – along with the A-B Biergarten and Tour Center properties in Merrimack, NH and Fort Collins, CO – will gather the community to celebrate the holidays with their loved ones in person and attempt to break two GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS record titles most couples kissing under the mistletoe (single and multi venues).

For the first GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS record title – most couples kissing under the mistletoe (multi venues), Anheuser-Busch hopes to bring together more than 900 couples ages 21 and older across the country to participate with a kiss under the mistletoe, set to a background of a million sparkling holiday lights. In St. Louis, Anheuser-Busch will also attempt to break the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS record title for most couples kissing under the mistletoe (single venue), aiming to host more than 450 couples at the St. Louis Biergarten and Tour Center.

The Official Attempts – which will kick off at all three Tour Center locations simultaneously – will be observed and officiated by GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS judges in each of the three locations. Participating pairs will be given their own sprig of mistletoe to hold above their heads, and must maintain their holiday kiss for at least five seconds for the record to be broken. Those interested in participating in the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS record attempt can reserve their spot at no cost online at Anheuser-Busch invites couples of all kinds to participate in the record attempt, as long as they’re two humans, ages 21 and older.

Before and after the attempt to break the GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS titles for most couples kissing under the mistletoe (single and multi venues), participants can celebrate the season at Brewery Lights, which is open for families and friends to ring in the holidays together every Friday through Sunday, from 5-10 p.m. Nov. 22 through Dec. 29, as well as Monday, Dec. 23; Thursday, Dec. 26 and Monday, Dec. 30.
