ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV) - Police K9′s draw respect, admiration, and of late, a little controversy.
They’re a tool of law enforcement. But some of their tactics are drawing more questions, with one state is considering banning them for use in arrests.
Just last week, a California lawmaker proposed a ban on K9s for arrests and crowd control.
