BERKELEY, Mo. (KMOV) - A 22-year-old man is facing charges in connection with a homicide that happened in Berkeley Tuesday.

Jalen Black is charged with second-degree murder and armed criminal action. He is accused of shooting 34-year-old Todd Bishop, of Berkeley, in the 8000 block of Busiek Ave just after 3:45 a.m. Bishop was taken to a hospital, where he later died, police say.
