ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV) - With age comes wisdom, but with age also comes being more susceptible to health issues.
Age can lead to problems like osteoporosis, a disease that makes bones porous, brittle, and prone to fracture, but there are measures anyone can take now as prevention. Personal trainer Michael Thorsten said the three biggest components are eating nutritiously dense foods, managing stress levels and exercising.
According to Thorsten, the components are easier to main the earlier they are started.
