After a long search for a special dog since I had lost my dog of 19 years, I went to adoptions, lloked on Petfinder, ran down ads and nothing. Finally, when I was beginning to think there wasn't another dog for me I find Maggie from a family that had gotten her but she didn't work out and they were re-homing her. Boy, did I ever hit the jackpot. We talked, met the following day at a park and home we went and that was the beginning of our life together. That was almost 2 years ago and I will always be thankful to this family in O'fallon, Mo., which later found a better fit breed for their family so we all ended up very happy. So now I have my new BFF. I love her so much
