This was taken on the southeast edge of Highland Illinois on 04/30/2010. The first part shows it in realtime and the second part is in slow motion. Sorry the editing isnt good. The PC i normally work on (with all my software) is down at the moment. The sirens in Highland didnt sound until about 5 minutes after i took this video.
