WIN THIS CARDINAL T-SHIRT QUILT

On Sept. 24, I told the Spirit of St. Louis Smockers I would make a Cardinal T-Shirt as our raffle item at the Annual Holiday Auction on Nov. 13, 2011. Some of the gals thought that wasn't such a good idea, considering we weren't even in the playoffs at that time. I asked for Cardinal T shirt donations & not getting a lot of cooperation, my husband, Tim, took up the task & went to every Goodwill in town & bought enough shirts for the quilt. So as I was making the quilt, the Cardinals kept on winning, so we think this quilt brought a lot of the luck & is a big reason the Cardinals kept this amazing season going. The proceeds of the raffle go to buying supplies for our service project, which is making gowns for the preemie babies at Cardinal Glennon, Children's & Mercy Hospitals.
