Lucy Pace - 4yrs aka Dorothy loves loves loves The Wizard of Oz. I knew this halloween we would have a little Dorothy running around. Fall is our favorite time of year so usually we decorate and dorothy just adds to them. South of St. Louis(Desloge) citizens usually go all out for holidays with the decorating.
