My name is Charlie. Being a Jack Russell Terrier mix, I am always looking for an adventure. I love digging and jumping. My ears act as radar, listening and alert at all times for something to chase or dive after. Puddles of muddy water are of special interest to me. I know something is hiding just beneath the surface. When I see a ripple in the water my muscle tense and I pounce with all of the force of my 15 lbs. I will attack the water with endless energy. The mud that comes with the task of protecting all mankind from the dangers in the muddy waters is a sacrifice that I have to endure. In fact I don’t even notice the layers of caked mud sticking to every inch of my body. I have not figured out why I am not met with open arms after displaying such bravery in the line of duty.
