Friday Afternoon: 38. Cloudy with rain developing and some sleet possible too. Farther South of the St. Louis metro area watch for a higher chance of ice from freezing rain. Farther North some rain/snow will develop. Roads in St. Louis will be wet with temperatures above freezing. South wind 5-10 mph.
Friday Evening: 34 to 32. Rain changing to a wintry mix with snow, sleet and possibly freezing rain on raised objects, then all snow mid to late evening. With temperatures just above or at freezing in the metro most road surfaces will be slushy to just wet.
Friday Night-Saturday Morning: 30 to 32. With temperatures near to just below freezing snow accumulates, especially on untreated surfaces and grass. 1-3" of slushy wet snow for St. Louis and 3-5" farther North. A higher chance of icy conditions and less snow South. Snow tapers to flurries by 8AM, and some flurries will continue into Saturday with no more additional accumulation.
Saturday: 35. Morning snow tapers to a few flurries, then cold and breezy. Northwest wind 10-15 mph.
Sunday: Low 17/High 29. Partly cloudy and cold. Northwest wind 5-10 mph.
