Belleville man charged with sexually abusing 12-year-old girl

A Belleville man has been charged with sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl. Michael Foxworth Jr., 62, was charged with two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault, and two counts of criminal sexual abuse.
