Granite City police arrest suspected meth maker during hot-spot patrol

Granite City police arrested a man for allegedly operating a "shake and bake" methamphetamine lab while walking through a residential area Sunday night. News 4 crews were riding along with police on patrol, and caught the arrest on camera.
