St. Charles man charged with fifth DWI after crashing into Blanchette Bridge

Police charged a St. Charles man as a persistent offender after he was arrested for DWI Tuesday night. Bart Laster reportedly crashed his vehicle on the Blanchette Bridge last Tuesday and then fled the scene.
