Raw: Fatal crash leaves northbound I-55 temporarily closed

Emergency crews responded to a fatal accident on I-55 at Arsenal around 6 a.m. Saturday morning. The northbound lanes of 55 were closed for a couple hours. Stay tuned to News 4 for more updates on when the highway will be reopened.
