Intoxicated woman calls 911 for cigarettes

A woman called 9-1-1 dispatchers requesting cigarettes. The clearly intoxicated woman had trouble spelling the name she gave dispatchers. Officers later found out what her real name was and where she was located. She was charged with misuse of 9-1-1
