Despite delays, developer says Ballpark Village can transform downtown

The entire Ballpark Village was originally supposed to be finished two years ago, but construction has just started on the project's first phase. News 4's Craig Cheatham asked the developer and the Cardinals what went wrong, and what lies ahead.
