Police identify man shot, killed by officers near Soulard Mardi Gras

Police officers working secondary security shot and killed an armed man near the Mardi Gras celebration in Soulard on Saturday afternoon. Authorities say the man was ordered to drop his gun, but instead pointed the weapon at officers.
