Police investigate scheme that cost Richmond Heights hotel guest $800

Police in Richmond Heights are investigating a reported theft, that began with a phone call. A guest at the Homewood Suites on Clayton Road told police that on October 6th, she took a call from someone claiming to work at the front desk.
