St. Louis-area lawmaker raffles off same type of gun used by Colorado shooting suspect

Rep. John McCaherty (R-High Ridge) plans to hold a fundraiser where he will raffle off one of the same type of weapons used by James Holmes in last week’s deadly Colorado movie theater shooting.
