(KMOV.com) -- A Tennessee business owner is howling over an unpleasant and costly experience with a St. Louis company.

The company promised her a website for her business, but after months of delays, she decided she wanted her money back, and called News 4’s Mike Colombo.

News 4 was able to offer some long distance help for her and - as the video shows - a lot of very special canine business partners.
