2 arrests made in St. Louis' first homicide of 2013

ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – Police have arrested two suspects in the murder of a 19-year-old boy in north St. Louis. It was the city’s first homicide of 2013.

 

According to police, Lamont Steward was shot multiple times in the 5100 block of Kensington near Delmar Blvd. early Thursday evening.

Police said Steward was moved into a home on Kensington, where he passed away later Thursday night.

Authorities said an investigation led to the arrest of two suspects in the case.

Additional details regarding their arrests were not immediately available.
