(KMOV.com) -- Four family members were killed in a house fire in Randolph County, Ill. early Friday morning.
Steelville Fire Chief said the fire happened at a home in the 800 block of West Almond in Percy, Ill. just before 2 a.m.
Authorities said firefighters arrived to the scene and found the victims dead inside the home.
Randolph County Coroner Randy Dudenbostel says that in addition to the fatalities, at least one person at the house was injured and taken to a hospital.
The blaze badly damaged the two-story home.
The names of the victims were not being released pending notification of relatives.
Percy, a village in a rural area that is home to about 1,000 people, is about 60 miles southeast of St. Louis.
The cause of the fire is being investigated by local and state law enforcement and fire officials.
