(KMOV) – Police confirm an unoccupied vehicle was struck by a train in south St. Louis Tuesday morning.
Authorities say a car was near the tracks at Manchester and Sulpher Avenue when a passing train struck the car around 5:45 a.m.
Upon further investigation, no one was inside the vehicle at the time of the collision
No other details into the investigation have been released at this time.
