GRANITE CITY, Ill. (KMOV) – A Granite City man on Thursday was quite excitable when he described how blustering wind shredded tarps and blew over a tree in his neighborhood.
Mike Jackson says he was inside his home when he heard the crash.
“I heard this big crash, came out, found this tree down in this lady’s yard,” said Jackson.
