WENTZVILLE, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- Local residents are finding unique ways to express their support for the families of the shooting victims in Newtown, Connecticut. One Wentzville Dad is using his Christmas lights to send a message.

As a father of two, Bob Underberg was touched by the shooting at Sandy Hook elementary.  He does not have a flag as the President suggested to fly at half staff so he instead turned off his Christmas lights.

Othe reisdents in Wentzville have followed Bob's intiative, turning off their Christmas lights too.
