(KMOV.com) -- Many people are reacting to the town hall meeting held at Francis Howell High School concerning students transferring from Normandy School District.
Other residents said the comments at Thursday night’s meeting were rooted in racial stereotypes and it has caused quite a stir throughout St. Louis.
The meeting and the transfers stem from a Mo. Supreme Court ruling that allows students to transfer out of an unaccredited school district.
