(KMOV.com) -- An Iowa man says a McDonald's-only diet helped him lose nearly 40 pounds in 90 days.
He said he ate McDonald's for breakfast, lunch and dinner including Big Macs, Quarter Pounders and even ice cream. He said he did strictly follow a daily nutritional limitation of 2,000 calories.
He also exercised by walker for 45 minutes a day.
He said he lost 39 pounds and dropped his cholesterol from 249 to 170.
