(KMOV.com) -- Major League Baseball is hosting a series of community events for every day of the World Series in St. Louis.

Saturday was dedicated to youth activities. One of the events included a clinic for youth boys and girls in north St. Louis.

Two-time All Star and MLB Network analysts Harold Reynolds and former Cardinal Kerry Robinson talked with young baseball and softball players about playing the game and staying fit.

“It’s important that kids get the message that baseball, that it doesn’t matter your age, your size,” said Reynolds, “Everything else you can still participate and that’s the great thing about it.”

Sunday’s theme for events will deal with "Stand Up Against Cancer."
