(KMOV.com) -- A Mississippi girl who was asked to leave a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant because of her facial scars is getting some medical help from a Las Vegas doctor.

Dr. Frank Stile flew all the way to Jackson, Mississippi, this weekend to meet 3-year-old Victoria Wilcher and her family. Stile said Wilcher’s story tugged at his heartstrings to help Wilcher heal the scars she received during a pit bull attack.

Stile, a plastic and reconstructive surgeon, has expertise minimizing scars on professional fighters, but he flew in Saturday to meet Wilcher.

“I saw Victoria’s story on the news and social media,” Stile said, “And I was just very affected by it.”

He was so affect that he offered his services for free, but he isn’t the only one pitching in. Stile said he placed Wilcher’s picture and story on his foundation’s website and said the contributions poured in.

“Most notably is Raymond Peter in Naples, Florida,” said Stile, “He’s donating a prosthetic eye for her.”

The plan is to get Wilcher to Florida for her new eye within the next week or two. Down the line Dr. Stile said he’ll likely perform cosmetic procedures on Wilcher and monitor her facial motor sensory loss.
