'Tea partiers' gear up for another clash with Congress

Members of the Tea Party movement are gearing up for another clash with Congress. This time, they’ve been refueled over the idea that some in Congress could be gaining perks in the bill for their states, especially the reported $300 million in Medicare subsidies for Louisiana and the vote of its wavering senator.
