KMOV -- St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay wants to bring back an old idea that some are saying is too radical. He says it’s time for the city to reenter St. Louis County.
The mayor’s reasons are plenty, and he’s basing his model for change on the city of Louisville, Kentucky. News 4’s Russell Kinsaul went to Louisville to see what’s being done there that could potentially make its way to St. Louis.
