From the department of "things not usually seen during presidential speeches," President Obama was interrupted by a reporter shouting questions during his statement on immigration policy changes in the White House Rose Garden on Friday.

The reporter, Neil Munro of the conservative news site, “The Daily Caller,” asked a question while Obama was announcing a change of policy that would allow children of illegal immigrants to avoid deportation if they meet certain criteria.

“Why do you favor foreigners over Americans,” Munro asked?

“Excuse me sir, it’s not time for questions sir. Not while I’m speaking,” said Obama, who was visibly upset.

President Obama later referenced Munro’s question during the speech.

“And the answer to your question sir, and the next time I prefer you let me finish my statements before you ask that question, is that this is the right thing to do for the American people.”
