FERGUSON, Mo. (KMOV.com) – A man with a disability says he is used to using Ferguson’s “Jolly Trolley” to get his errands done, but says lately drivers have been refusing to pick him up.

Darrell Burgess, who has difficulty walking, says he contacted authorities, but they didn’t give him a reason why, other than it was ordered by city hall.

The Park and Recreation Director had no comment, but later said the shuttle will once again service Burgess’s neighborhood starting Tuesday.

News 4’s Brittany Noble has more on the story.
