NIXA, Mo. (KMOV) -- One Missouri school district may stop teaching children how to write in cursive and educators blame technology.

Teachers in Nixa, Missouri say all of their students use I-Pads and other computers to do homework.

They say the class time would be better spent teaching typing.

Others argue students learn important motor skills by learning cursive writing.
