News 4 has learned girls and young women are caught up in a crime you might not even realize exists in St. Louis.
Now, those victims of sex trafficking have a place to turn to for help. It’s the first of it’s kind in the St. Louis area, and Monday, after a four-year effort its doors are finally open.
