(KMOV) A mother is being charged after police say she encouraged a fight between her 12-year-old daughter and another girl who had been bullying her.
In the video, the mother can be heard screaming and yelling for her daughter to "get this done and over with."
The daughter suffered a bloody nose. The other girl, a concussion.
The daughter is now living with her father.
